This is actually part of the GolfPlan with Paul Azinger app for iOS from Shotzoom. It is one of a suite of apps, along with Golfshot (GPS and score/stats tracker), and Golfscape (heads up display GPS).
These integrated apps can be bought separately and then used together. I use Golfshot extensively, and I will be using Golfplan more since our range just got off the mats.
