Well, well, thats right kis is not for everyone, but you will market it to someone who thinks they will win a golf cart and dinner.

Why not disclose everything that people ask about kis on the front end.

Why not take the no and the no and the no at the sales table as a hint ---- I am not interested in a membership. No lets bring in the big guns for a little arm twisting. Since when does Golf need arm twisting.

You can and should conduct business anyway you want, I agree. Let the market determine a winner and loser. People can read the truth between the lies.

You can all keep pointing around and around and around as if you conduct business in an honest way.

Well for now everyone can find out themselves, and will. Thank Google. Enough curious have passed though here and http://www.kisblog.blogspot.com and http://www.ripoffreports.com. to do their own web search. What are you afraid of telling everyone—kis is going to want you to buy when you get here.  Its the truth… That model is the outdated time share model you all claim not to be. The internet has given the prospect the ability to determine for themselves. The only truth would be is that you are not offering a property membership.

I believe your frustration is not whether I agree or disagree with your methods of business conduct. Its simple you would honestly like to change it yourself.

Oh, here is the part that makes you uneasy. I believe and hope kis can be a better business, nice clubs, nice lessons, etc.

Hi Golf Searcher,

IT APPEARS TO ME THAT YOU HAVE QUITE A HARD ON FOR KIS. I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THE FACT THAT EVERY BAD BLOG THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS ON THE INTERNET COMES FROM YOU. I AM THE SALES MANAGER FOR THE PINEVILLE NC OFFICE AND HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR OVER A YEAR. I WONDER WHAT OTHER COMPANIES YOU HAVE WORKED FOR AND THEN BEEN FIRED THAT HAVE YOU STARTED NEGATIVE BLOGS ABOUT.

I CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND THAT THE ALLEGATIONS YOU PROPOSE ARE OUTLANDISH. WE TAKE CARE OF EVERY MEMBER, AND EVERY PROSPECTIVE MEMBER THAT WALKS IN OUR FACILITY. WE HAVE OVER 800 FAMILIES IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA THAT HAVE BECOME MEMBERS IN THE LAST YEAR, AND I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE YOUR NUMBERS COME FROM THAT STATES 9 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE NEVER RETURN TO A KIS FACILITY AFTER THERE PURCHASE.I INVITE YOU TO COME TO MY FACILITY ANYTIME TO SEE HOW MANY MEMBERS WE HAVE IN THE CLUB AT ANY GIVEN TIME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY #1 PRIORITY.

EVERY TOUR THAT COMES IN WILL RECEIVE A $25 GIFT CARD TO ONE OF 5 AREA RESTURUANTS, A 3/2 NIGHT GETAWAY, AS WELL AS A CHANCE TO MAKE A PUTT FOR A BAHAMAS CRUISE. WHEN TOURS COME THROUGH OUR DOOR THEY ARE GUESTS AT OUR COUNTRY CLUB, AND GO THROUGH A SALES PRESENTATION, AND IF THEY LIKE WHAT WE OFFER THEY BECOME MEMBERS IF THEY DONT WE SEND THEM ON THERE WAY WITH THERE GIFTS. SORRY IF WE DONT TAKE NO AS AN ANSWER ALL THE TIME, YES SOMETIMES WE PUSH FOR THE BUSINESS..... HEELO WE ARE TRYING TO SELL THEM A MEMBERSHIP, AND AGAIN MAYBE THAT THE REASON YOU COULDNT HANG BECAUSE WE DONT MAKE OUR LIVINGS OFF OF LAYDOWNS IT IS A SALES POSITION. AS FAR AS EVERYTHING TAHT IS SAID AT THE TABLES(EVERYTHING IS TRUE)

AS A MEMEBER YOU RECEIVE

A SET OF CUSTOM CLUBS
WARANTY ON THE CLUBS FOR LIFE
INSTRUCTION FOR LIFE
A MEMBERSHIP AT 6 CHARLOTTE AREA GOLF COURSES AS WELL AS A AMEREICAN CANCER ASSOCIATION LUNG CARD THAT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO OVER 700 COURSE IN THE SOUTHEAST FOR JUST CART FEES..

YEAH YOUR RIGHT OUR PRODUCT ID HORIBLE. ALL FOR $5995.00.
LET ME PUT THIS INTO PERSPECTIVE FOR YOU MISS.

ANY DECENT SET OF CUSTOM CLUBS WILL RUN AROUND $2500.00
25 LESSONS WITH A GOLF INSTRUCTOR $100 p/hr X 25 = $2500.00

so you would pay 5000 just for clubs and 25 lessons if you did this on your own.. AGAIN WHAT A BAD DEAL WE OFFER LOL

SO ANYONE THAT IS NOT SATISFIED I ASK YOU TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AND I WILL HELP YOU IN ANY RESONABLE WAY I CAN.

Ok now that you have told the truth mr manager, just not all the truth. I trust you will be able to comfort all those whom contact you.

Answer the questions ask by countless others listed in many other post. Just the fact that you avoid answering any of these questions posed is a clearly because of operational protocol. I believe that scares people. You guys amaze me. You even have me pegged a some sort of loser sales person, nice try. I have seen you personally in action and I will avoid doing any personal attacks and leave it up to the professed.

Customer Service may or may not happen in your facility. There are exceptions everywhere for a season. People are not foolish enough to think that your facility is without its problems. All businesses have problems, and some could care less.

Let me give You the top producer at the top revenue location @ kis, a clue. When ever you sell something to someone that truly does not Need it NOW the only way that can happen is to begin the con and unprofessional sales pitches. Does the word embellish sound familiar. I know you as a sales person would never consider saying “Next after the 2nd or 3rd NO” as this is not King in your world. So SALES in your world is KING over Customer Service which is obvious as it is rooted in ego. Other wise the marketing model would be based on advertising and word of mouth not tricking(revealing just enough, but not enough) people to come in for food and a trip. Ya got to hate those professional gift getters.

Mr. Manager, you can discredit or demean me till the cows come home, it matters not I lived the truth and contrary to your false assumption was and continues to be exceptional in the sales. To be honest, I would not seek or warrant your approval regardless.

Your time would be well served speaking to any of those whom have posted anywhere, for any reason and making it public knowledge. Action has more power than any words you or I could post here. In order to help you with your. Quote: “customer service” I thought I would help your get started and locate again some of these individuals whom have run in to some problems. Please serve them here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchresults.asp?q1=ALL&q2;=&q3;=&q4;=&q5;=&q7;=&q6=kis%20country%20club%20&%20Golf%20Academy&searchtype=0
You may need to refresh the page if it is blank after you paste this link.
And after that you can go to http://www.kisgolf.blogspot.com to provide a customer service here as well. As the song sung by BTO - “Taken Care of Business”

Just trying to make some lemonade out of the lemons that came in for some gifts… All kidding aside action over words is the greatest of customer services I know.

Instead of reading false assumptions about KiS golf company on the interent by an idiot.  I am sure the golfers out here have heard of a little magazine by the name of “Golfweek.” Turn to page 40 in May 3rd’s issue.

This has gone on long enough, and the horse has been dead for quite a while. I’m closing the thread. Please do not open another. There are many other golf topics to talk about.
