kisgolfer,
dont even try to fight these guys or guy. Look back at all these posts, it is basically you posts and golf searchers and one other guy. It is not really anyone else posting to this crap. Dont sink to his level or think that people are paying attention to this guy. He is an angry unhappy guy who will not be satisfied. Dont waste your time. People can see through this guys tricks and will believe what they want to. Keep your head up and dont le tthem upset you or your goals.

mr/mrs kisgolfer -
you are likely a well meaning ed and all around new nice employee at kis. With great hopes and desires. This is clear as you have not been given your kisgolf email address.
Let me be clear. Your choice of words that inference me , like smear campaign, ex employee, and that I am some someone attempting to spread more negativity and create invalid needs of members is hogwash, 1st, that can be left up to and has been accomplished by kis. Remember we can agree on nice clubs, nice lessons, etc. (the financial transaction, you know the one that you “have to decide on NOW” is because you want people to make a 100% emotional decision). Any way back on point.
I have seen, well over 14 great great employees whom were feat up with providing the game of golf, like myself in an awesome environment that included the blatant disregard for financial customer satisfaction. ALL these ex employees as well will tell you they tried to help solve the valid needs(problems)of their members and others members to NO AVAIL.
I even had one unhappy member call by phone from outside the kis facility looking in to the facility whom was asking for the sales manager. By the way the sales manager was standing at the front desk. And unbeknown to me, I was told to tell that member on the phone that he was not in( the sales manager laughed about what a pain this person was ).
To be honest kisgolfer I am sure you want to help, as others did as well. And if you are able to help a few that email you. GREAT, tell us all about it. Like me, like this unhappy members currently we would love to save this great sport from such bs.
Below is your email for reference
If anyone has legitamate problems with KiS golf and cannot get KiS on the phone or by email could you please email me at . I will see if I can answer your questions or look into any valid complaints. I am sure there are some out there and I wan tthis to be an opportunity fo ryou to express them to me, a KiS employee who may be able to help you. This is an attempt to find these members with a negative experience and help them. It is also an attempt to prevent this ex employee from spreading more of his negativity about KiS on these sites. He is the author of the blogs about kis also. Please email me with any complaints or concerns so we can end this smear campaign by mr golf buster or golf searcher. Again I will try to send you a response to any concern please email me at . KiS golf locations are trying hard to promote the game of golf and do value our members and their opinions of us. That is how we grow and want to continue to grow, through our membership. Thank you.

Not really a new employee but trying to keep anonymous with this stuff on the interent. That is why I created that hotmail account. But I did what you requested and gave members to complain directly to me about their problems and said I would try to respond and help them. I did what you siad you are trying to get KiS to do and yet you debate what I have said and what postion I carry with the company. I am doing what you said KiS would not do. I just wanted it to remian anonymous until a real problem can be found and I will contact the member with my appropriate address

Hey Mr Kis Golfer,
By now I hope you can see that this is not just stuff on the internet.( the comments that have been directed from these unhappy members that I have supported are in the eyes of the kis band clearly is some sort of unwarranted problem ed group of people, that forked over $1000s). I lived it, and it is very real.
The words from kis would not be anonymous unless they chose not to be held accountable, and that comes when you are sorry and want to do the right thing.
Here is my suggestion as a Business Owner whom knows the importance of a vendors, customers and employees: Ask that at every daily staff meeting that the directive has been given from the President, CEO, etc(I will avoid posting their names again). To follow-up with everyone whom has purchased a membership in the past 2 years by phone to discuss their kis experience. And hear comes the tough part, ask them if there is anything we can do to make your KiS Country Club & Golf Academy better… I ask for this working on site on more than one occasion, and that got me lip service. Then post a customer service site, that shows that you will be held accountable. The crap about a few people whom are unhappy and 1000s whom are happy is bunk.
I realize that kis has encouraged these unhappy people to get a lawyer and posted it on the internet. So that tells me kis will take it to whatever extinct necessary. Many have been advised by counsel and they are not just those that post on the internet, so do not kid yourself by thinking, kis has a couple of disgruntled members.
This response is to your post below>>>

OK mr. golf seacher your right. I am wrong and you are right. No more open discussion because you are so right. I dont know why I attempted to help. Oh yeah because you said we should or that we wouldnt. I can obviously not say anything right on here and will not make any more attempts to do so. You do not know everything and can not control everything. I dont know how long it will take you to realize it, but I am sure you have wasted a lot of time and will continue to do so. So continue.

I wanted to leave a positive note on this site for KiS. They have been a wonderful experience for myself, my husband and my daughter and son. They are 14 and 10 and are great little golfers now. They take lessons every week and we all go together. Everyone at the facility is very nice to us. We have never had any problems with Kis golf and enjoy them so much. see ya!

Thank you Catherine,
As you can see, we are having a problem with some ex employees and a smear campaign they are putting together. They change their statements about thing on a daily basis as you can see so it is easy to tell what they are about. Thanks for the comment and your support. Teaching your family golf is a pleasure for us also. See you soon!

OK kisgolfer,
I will say again, the clubs are nice, the lessons are nice, the travel club is ok. And this has never really been a key problem. Can there be improvements, no doubt. But you start with things that impact the most 1st.
Instead of answering each members personal concern of a business practice that they are uneasy with and setting improved company standards, which would show simply each person matters, no matter the concern. You and others continue to turn away.
Oh, The problem is not an ex employee or smear campaign as you hope for by discrediting each post myself and others submit. I have current employees whom verified for me the things that I hope will change. Ya see I believe KiS Country Club & Golf Academy can be a leader in customer service.
I will direct others to make their own conclusions by doing their own research. http://www.ripoffreports.com or http://www.kisgolf.blogspot.com. Call the company and ask them questions of course as I am sure they would like to help.

Well if you want a biased opinion convincing you KiS is a bad experience let golf seacher direct you to his sites. But the are others. Search KiS golf in your browser and get an unbiased serch result directing you to all the ingormation that is out there on KiS. Golf seacher is the creator of the kisgolf.blogspot..com and kisgolf..com. Let the interent gice you search results and get your own opinion. Take a tour and listen and get your own opinion of KiS. We are a great company doing great things and growing very rapidly. We take care of our members. As for ripoff report. read and figure out the inteligence of this people who quickly report claims before anything is done to be proactive. Ripoff report is less effective becasue of these people and most give it no credit. Tak ethe most recent post for example. I guy demanding a golf cart becaue he was called and hung up on. First we do not do the marketing, second everyone is called and it says so on the bottom of the form you filled out. This guy was quick to make assumtions and post negatively on the site and now he quit honestly looks like a _____. You can fill in the blank. This is an example of a person who has not read want he signed and make assumptions them goes to a negative site and it spread like wildfire. Well do your own research and make up your own mind is all I ask. It is obvious what golf searcher would like you to read. I ask that you have an open mind and do a web browser search and follow your investigation that way, then come in for a personal tour.

Your back… Tours start @ 4 so I am sure you had some time for a drive by, great. Ok, You are absolutely correct in your comments above in six sentences, quote:
“Take the most recent post for example. I guy demanding a golf cart because he was called and hung up on. First we do not do the marketing, second everyone is called and it says so on the bottom of the form you filled out. This guy was quick to make assumptions and post negatively on the site and now he quit honestly looks like a _____. You can fill in the blank. This is an example of a person who has not read want he signed and make assumptions them goes to a negative site and it spread like wildfire.”
This would mean however you missed the facts again in all the other area comments directed at me again. Members have said countless times, please answer their concerns, which were and are my concerns. When your next tour comes in give them all those facts you seem to boast. I was embarrassed with those members whom I sold whom questioned over and over the concerns they had for the expossed methods of business conduct. Especially when they love the clubs, the lessons, etc…
So do yourself a favor and serve the members and that would be “all"- hence the meaning of member to include a common purpose…
I do believe kis will succeed at growing and improveing in all areas.

Every time I post is a “drive by”. I am simply responding to other post. I thought that was what a forum was for. This guy was not a member just someone who quickly posted negative things about something he did not actually read what he signed. No I do not feel any concern for him. He quickly urned negative with no call to KiS for and easy explanation of something he has overlooked. Very simple. No need to turn it around as bad customer service. He smply was called and was going to be asked to tour just like the from he filled out says he would. He turned his situation with assumptions into us trying to scam him.. What actually could that scam have produced or benifited us, I believe someone has to benifit for it to be a scam. I also believe you golf searcher do the same thing, you are trying very hard to post badly about something that can be postive thing in peoples lives. Yes, I will respond to this post although I should not. Or drive by, in your terms.

Kisgolfer - Your are very correct in some areas, nice clubs, great lessons, great sales people(short term high turnover(that should be warning enough), travel club. Not sure how many times you have to go around the barn before you would ever admit to any of the aforementioned unresolved poor experiences that happen frequently that others have posted here and elsewhere. How do I know this, I participated in the deception daily. So no need to explore negatives and positives with me. I still receive emails, and phone calls of the frustration and disregard for those whom have the aforementioned unresolved poor experiences voiced.
A company, by law, is required to have proof to back up claims that are made about products or services they offer. As a consumer you have the right to receive honest and truthful information about the products and services you intend to purchase. And the most important yet always left up to the seller is customer satisfaction. The Seller has that privileged responsibility to hold or release the consumer from all areas. The jester is simply not present. Most were told on other sites to go get a lawyer. Hey people are not foolish to think that business does not have problems from time to time. It is when the operating methods used to sell are at risk of a higher frequency of problems after the sale
The Answers need to be to the Members whom were and are uncomfortable making a major financial decision. They trusted and felt safe and for what ever reason found virtually immediately (days later maybe) that this was not the right thing to do. If I hear “one more time - these people could have said no...” You simply were not in their shoes and like me did not sell to them as I - whom has never in all my days seen such bs. These people say no, and no again, and again, and then cave. Do not claim to be a faith based business and operate that way as the hippocracy becomes blatant and clear.
Below are just some areas that during and after a tour creates more value, this creates an urgency or angst to the buyer no doubt. Making unsubstantiated claims in any sales business about the performance or quality of products or services will lead to examples of Deceptive Sales and Marketing Practices. They only become deceptive when they are not substantiated when the questions are ask.
The Patent or Trademark Registration, where
The Proof of the Offer from Calloway, where
The Golf Cart Winners List, where
The High pressure sales tactics designed to force sales of unwanted goods or services, why
The quoted monthly payment dollar amount was not even close to the statement, why
I was told by the marketing company that booked the tour I would not be ask to Purchase, why
I was told to just sign an application, its not a contract, why
We are not a licensed travel company and only can give the travel package away as you are told, why
All sales are final, no trial membership, were not encouraged go home and explore further, why
You may need several lenders, as each in themselves would not approve the full amount of the sale, why
The golf simulator kis offers is compared to much, much higher priced simulators, why not simply quote the cost of the kis simulator
I am sure you can think of others, ...
Kisgolfer, the answer to any of these points above and others, needs to be voiced to the members. And if they are not, thats OK, thats the beauty of free enterprise as it produces winners and losers. I have from day one been optimistic for kis country clubs and golf academy to be the best the market desires. They can choose.

We do our business the way we decide to, not you. You can have your own business and compete if you think you can do better, that is how that works. You think you know everything, you certainly do not. Type in Ford sucks in the web browser and see the hundreds of complaints that come up. People complain about everything. We know how to deal with that. We promote golf with a great product and great value and that is simply driving us to a sucessful operation. The are reasons why we do some of the things we do, and you opinions are not the first opnions and ceratinly wont be the last. If you are dealing with the guilt of being a misleading saleman then that is your own problem, not ours. I treat every customer as an important part of the kis family and do not misprepresent anything. But one thing is clear, I certainly will not respond to your demands and questions about how we do our business. Especially since you will never believe anything positive can happen and have it for KiS for personal reasons. I dont care what you think about kis you are not a member or anything but a turn off. You have contridicted yourself in so many ways on your multiple blogs that I really feel that I dont have to stand up for kis anymore because people can come and see us, and see that we are not like you say, and chose to join and we will continue to grow. You sir, are not the dictator of what is right and wrong and good or bad, although you act like you are. Again Kis is not for everyone but will be great for most. We have ways we do business legitamitly and you are welcome to compete but you will not influence our company. Get over it.

So do you like the product and not the sales and marketing or what. What is exactly your problem. Because you say nice this and that and have been optimistic, what exactly is your problem. Because it seems to change from day to day. Sales, pros, marketing, then back to something else.
