I just signed up at the pineville facility.... Everyone seemed real nice, but I am finding alot of bad vibes on this site. I have already taken my first lesson, and it was great.

You will find negative vibes about anything all over the net. The world is full of negative people and its spread like a cancer.  I have also had a good experience although only as a sales tour.  I live in Charelston and they have yet to build one here but the sire says it is on the way. I to went to the Pineville location.  Everyone was nice.  I am glad it didnt effect your experience and it shouldnt.  You should have your own experience and make up your mind about it.  I hope you enjoy and improve your game.

Yes we want everyone to be happy. Great clubs. great lessons, etc/ Except for one small thing. Customer Satisfaction. And that is the customers privilege. Have you ever taken anything back to home depot, walmart, even your car dealership if you were unhappy with the vehicle. Come on, lets all understand this is not about the happy folks and what you love. Please express your love, just do not minimize those who have been disappointed. Its about the very few that decided for whatever reason Kis Golf is not for me after all. I have 1st hand experience in every venue we are discussing, and was one of those whom told the member whom called kis by phone countless times with their problem and need to cancel, only to be blow them off. The manager is not in… They are busy… They have been busy for months.

Kis is out of pocket chump change in negating the transaction (cost of doing business), and they know it.

So please all whom love it, please understand, you are not the answer to the solutions to this problem, nor is your wonderful insight minimize these members problems.

Again, please enjoy your membership. Your input in making light of those whom are fet up with the blatant misrepresentation will help neither cause.

Have a Blessed Day.

Hey Charlestongolfer 1978 My apologize the comment is not really directed at you. In fact we have others whom have joined http://www.kisgolf.blogspot.com and have begun make comments that are directed at me. They are like drive bys whom have lots of idle time, and do not want to help those whom have been sold something that was misrepresented to them. These drive bys assume because they bought and did not pick up on the misrepresentation, it does not exist. Wrong, it so blatant they ignore it on one hand and when kis gets tired enough they threaten these new members by telling them to get a lawyer. Personally I do not give a rip about kis because I know the behavior is not going to change to increase customer service. Nice clubs, great lessons, etc. is unarguable.

At the aforementioned site you can see there are 2 separate venues (poor experience or good experience). I will warn you that the drive bys will hammer threat after threat and none of it is to solve the problem these new members live with.

A new blog has been set up dedicated to Kis Golf:  http://www.KisGolfBlog.com

This is a blank slate, no slant, open to everyone. Not meant to compete with other blogs or forums - the more the merrier when it comes to insight and information.

Another Blog http://www.KisGolfBlog.com that claims to be a blank slate, no slant, open to everyone. Not meant to compete with other blogs or forums - the more the merrier when it comes to insight and information.

Lets see if any member whom has a problem and looking for customer service with the problems that post receives any help. Here is another one of several below that you can of course see by going to http://www.kisgolf.blogspot.com

Well great observation, it surely was not intentional initially until I realized that so many were looking for others whom need to know that they are not alone. Whether it is a poor or excellent experience matters not to me. Its simply I was at one time involved in the day to day at kis. Nice clubs, nice lessons, nice people… one flaw however, and it is not just people who want out of a contract. They are not that stupid. You see I sold many of those memberships and realized that kis had no intentions of changing their deceptive sales practices.

So pal, enjoy your clubs and lessons and friends. Just know that there are countless whom were taken.

Dear Golf Searcher,

I am a business man, and since I joined up @ the pineville facility, I have visited, the Atlanta facility, as well as the Nashville facility. I think it is great that my membership includes all of there facilities since I am on the road so much. It sounds to me like you are more of a disgruntled employee that maybe couldnt make the cut in there sales enviroment. Everyone that I have met in these facilities are profesionals. I would love to know what facility you were affiliated with so that I might one day visit that facility, and find out first hand about your experience, but until then I remain a very happy customer, and will continue to mention this facilities to all my friends. I have already brought in 20 names into the pineville facility. five of those people became members and i received a check for $1000.00 dollars. So please tell me what htey do that is so wrong.

My observations as I have experienced are many who voice satisfaction like yourself, Yeah for you. And would not want to minimize that satisfaction in any way. Unlike those whom are satisfied that continue to pound on those whom are not satisfied as if it is some made up figment.

Understand clearly I have heard plenty of acquisitions that are so far left of the reality I have to hold back from being pulled into dialog that absolutely is off the mark. Please know that my personal experience as viewed by the; countless dissatisfied members, other past employees(whom by the way were for the most part sharp and intelligent people whom were as well being compromised), and presently those employees whom are working still and relaying the same mantra. This company wide frustration with the disregard that is shown over and over by management is the standard operating procedure. The level of customer satisfaction that is in question is unbelievable. This site alone is over 1700 views.

You should continue to speak of your happy membership, but do not say because it is that way for you others must be a bunch of whining , disgruntled, off the mark losers. The level of my knowledge would make your head spin. My hope is kis discontinue the practice that you can view on --- http://www.ripoffreports.com , http://www.kisgolf.blogspot.com , http://www.kisgolfblog.com to mention just a few. Know that the ones whom have stumbled on to the web sites alerting to the misrepresentation is far under the number that exist.

One clear thing is that none of the negative concerns voiced by “all” the others on all the other websites have yet to be answered. We know it is uncomfortable for all the happy people and happy employees, as I am the messenger. Not by choice, I have so much to do, and sitting with a cup of coffee and talking with me you would see that I am not all the evil slanders comments that fly by on these sites directed at me.

In my world if your not part of the solution, your part of the problem. Again enjoy your membership at kis, others want the company to grow because they value every member. And know that the cost of doing business is doing things that ultimately will increase the strength of referrals as you know. Why any club would want to keep a dissatisfied member is beyond me. I have managed clubs longer than most of these people have been playing golf.

Enough said, and hope you experience great days of Golf… I would love the game to be exposed in a Character building environment at every kis facility. They can do it.

Thank you for the invite to my sentence below:

“I have so much to do, and sitting with a cup of coffee and talking with me you would see that I am not all the evil slanders comments that fly by on these sites directed at me.”

That was not an invite today sir, that was meant to get a visual, as most whom sit with people for coffee, simply get along. It would serve no purpose to discuss anything with a member whom is happy as you are not the one needing help. You could seek all the unhappy members on all the other sites mentioned as your cause and tell them how much you would like to help them solve their personal hell.

I will reiterate continue to have a happy indoor golf membership, and or seek the solution to these members problem. If you can not see anything wrong with each of their individual cases then it may be best to cease the blog and go golfing.

The answer as kis would believe is blowing in the wind. They answer to nothing, trust me, arrogance abounds behind those closed doors. I personally had to defend kis countless times with the lie. What a joke they have been, for so many that continue to call and email me personally..

If anyone has legitamite problems with KiS golf and cannot get KiS on the phone or by email could you please email me at .  I will see if I can answer your questions or look into any valid complaints.  I am sure there are some out there and I wan tthis to be an opportunity fo ryou to express them to me, a KiS employee who may be able to help you.  This is an attempt to find these members with a negative experience and help them.  It is also an attempt to prevent this ex employee from spreading more of his negativity about KiS on these sites.  He is the author of the blogs about kis also.  Please email me with any complaints or concerns so we can end this smear campaign by mr golf buster or golf searcher.  Again I will try to send you a response to any concern please email me at .  KiS golf locations are trying hard to promote the game of golf and do value our members and their opinions of us.  That is how we grow and want to continue to grow, through our membership.  Thank you.
