Recently, I regripped a driver I was hitting very well. After I installed a slightly larger grip, I tryed the club and began hitting it consistantly left. (hooking) Did the weight of the grip alter the performance of the club?

It’s absolutely the case that a heavier grip will change the swing weight of a club. But by how much and whether that will cause a hook is an unknown. But the fact that the grip also is slightly larger also is going to change things, because your hold on the club has changed.
