It can’t be USGA legal.

It has been rejected twice for influencing the ball too much and they (USGA committee) says it can be pointed at the flag when put in ground at an angle and somekind of rule about the ball not falling off at some angle. Putting tee in ground at an angle can do some strange things to a golf ball. The BIGGEST IMPACT comes from a straight tee. I think all the top tees influence the ball and some tell how to point tee at the flag.  So no, it’s not legal to use when playing for the USGA. The “StickyTEE” is a Special TEE.
