PGA Tour App Coming To BlackBerry 10
I’m a Blackberry fanboy, and have been waiting patiently for RIM to release its BB10 devices (I currently carry a BB Tour) The official launch begins tomorrow (Jan 30).
In the meantime, I got the interesting news that the PGA Tour will have an app for the BlackBerry 10 devices. Cool.
The big question for me is whether my carrier, Sprint, will have BB10 in the near future. I may end up switching to Verizon if Sprint can’t get their act together. Anyone at Verizon interested in offering me a deal? I’ll be the first golf blog sponsored in part by Verizon.

Makers Mark Ball Marker
Makers’ Mark is by far my favorite bourbon. We even took a trip to the distillery in Kentucky a few years back—fascinating trip.
I like this ball marker. I’m thinking about ordering one to add to my collection.

Stonehouse Golf Humidor
Grade A
Teacher’s Comments: This would make a wonderful gift for your cigar smoking golfer
Stonehouse Golf specializes in high quality, panoramic photographs of many of the world’s greatest golf courses.. As you might expect, their flagship products are museum quality giclee prints in a variety of framed and unframed sizes.
In addition to the prints, Stonehouse offers a several other products featuring their photographs: calendars, humidors and desk caddies. You can get the humidors and desk caddies personalized with any of the available 594 panoramic prints.
The humidor that I received is decorated with a photo from The Colonial, the iconic Fort Worth course that I was fortunate enough to play at the Crowne Plaza Invitational Pro-Am. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture, with a glossy mahogany finish.
Inside, the humidor is finished with cedar and a movable divider. Measuring 12x7x3, it is great for a small collection.. The humidor comes with a hygrometer and a humidifying pad. The pad seemed small, so I added a gel based cigar humidifying stick.
The humidor is priced at $95, and I think would make an outstanding gift for the cigar smoking golfer. It would also be a great piece of swag for a pro-am or member guest.
Recommended.

Beer Mug Golf Stencil
Nice. But now they need to do one for West Virginia University, the newest member of the Big 12.
I highly recommend Tin Cup products
They are great and would make terrific gifts. If they ever make a WVU one, I’m going to get them as presents for all of the guys on our annual college reunion golf outing.
