Thinking of warmer days, I’m offering my “Fall Fairway” wallpaper free for the downloading. I took the picture last fall at the Washtenaw Country Club, and then photoshopped it to look like a watercolor. Its the wallpaper I’m using on my laptop right now.

The Long Approach Free Golf Wallpaper

Here’s another in my series of dead-of-winter pick-me-ups. I had hit a tee shot that went straight up into the air, leaving me with a long approach to the green. As I stood there contemplating it, it occurred to me that it was a neat view. Depressing, but neat. I’d like to say that I hit the green and birdied the shot, but I’m sure that I landed short in the sand trap to the left.
