Zero Friction Performance Golf Tees Review

Zero Friction Performance Golf Tees
Grade: A
Teacher’s Comments: Its just a tee, so you can’t expect too much. But as far as tees go, its durability sends it to the head of the class.
I bought a pack of these the other day on my way to play 36 holes of golf in a local outing. I’m always looking for more distance and these promised five more yards. If I can buy five yards, I’ll do it.
The Zero Friction tees differ from regular ones in that the ball sits on the tips of three support arms instead of in a cup. Because the ball has so little contact with the tee, Zero Friction says that this reduces spin, and thus increases distance and accuracy.
So does it work? I don’t know. Maybe. Maybe not.
But one thing is for sure: they’re more durable than regular wooden tees. I played with the same one the whole round, which is unheard of for me. It even held up against the irons on par threes. It bent some on the worst shots, but I just bent it right back into shape. The tees are made of a material that feels a hard plastic, but is more flexible.
So that package is going to last a long, long time.
Even better: if you do somehow break one, the material that they’re made of apparently is biodegradable.
