No, this isn’t some variation on the old “so you want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge” joke. Apparently, several courses in West Virginia are up for sale. A couple appear like real bargains. So if you wanted to own your own golf course, here’s your chance.

There is possibly an amazing Nick Faldo designed golf course available in Eureka, MT for 1/2 the price it was just built last year. It includes three custom homes, a custom club house, 500 acres on a 90 mile reservoir, a lake, ponds and a completed Professional Nick Faldo designed 18 hole course.
