Vintage AG Spalding Golf Club

Cran Golf Club – Hollow Steel head with wood insert; produced by AG Spaulding, patent 1897.
Rare golf club, limited – 1 in NJ at US Golf Association and 1 in Florida at Golf World.
The hickory shaft is 34 1/2 inches and the overall club lenght is 38 inches
Club was given to seller by descent of Dr. Woodruff, Penn State University professor, circa 1910who received club from the architect of Shawnee on the Delaware Golf Course, A.W. Tillinghast.
