US Open Preview

The Houston Chronicle’s Jim Brighters has a good preview of the US Open.
There are no surprises here. Brighters doesn’t stray far from the “Big Five” (Woods, Mickelson, Els, Goosen and Singh). All of them have the required short game to deal with USGA rough and the famous crowned greens of Pinehurst. Other than that, it’s a tossup.
