US Open at Oakmont Odds for June 10, 2007
Heading into the US Open, here are the latest odds for the 2007 US Open, provided courtesy of Bodog.Com, the world’s largest online sports betting destination.
The odds have changed a bit since the last posting two weeks ago. Then, oddsmakers at Bodog.Com have Tiger Woods installed as a 5/2 favorite, followed by Phil Mickelson, Retief Goosen, Ernie Els, Vijay Singh and Jim Furyk.
Now, it’s Tiger at 9/4, followed by Ernie Els at 10/1, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Vijay Singh and Retief Goosen.
I am surprised that Phil hasn’t fallen further, given the wrist injury. I suppose that the collective wisdom is that the injury isn’t that bad.
I’ll repeat my hopes that Zach Johnson manages to win. The media would eat itself in hyping a potential Grand Slam.
