The Exotics line is something of a departure for Tour Edge, a company known mainly for its inexpensive, but top quality clubs. With the Exotics, Tour Edge has branched out into the premium market, with premium materials, and premium prices.

The Exotics fairway woods combines a lightweight, high-tech, titanium-cupped face with a heavier Hypersteel body. Weight has been moved from the face and shifted to the rear skirt and sole for a deeper center of gravity. Tour Edge claims that the Exotics out-performs the current best-selling fairway woods in both distance and spin.
