TaylorMade TP Red 2008

TaylorMade has updated its TP Red balls. Marketed as for “high spin players,” they feature a four piece design, with a new dimple pattern that’s supposed to reduce drag and improve distance on off-center hits.
The four layers include a NdV4 Core, a “feel” mantle, a “distance” mantle and of course, the urethane cover.
I liked the original TP Red and am looking forward to trying these.

I wonder if these ones will be more durable. That was the only issue I didn’t like about the old ones.
