Target World Challenge Attracts Top Flight Field
It was looking as if the next couple of weeks were going to be really boring, sports-wise. The golf silly season has never really interested me. My fantasy team has tanked and is out of it. My favorite NFL team (no, not the Lions) are out of the playoff picture. And the Bowl Games are not yet here.
But then I took a look at the lineup for this week’s Target World Challenge and things started looking up. Tiger’s invited David Toms, Chris DiMarco, Davis Love III, Fred Couples, John Daly, Padraig Harrington, Luke Donald, David Howell, Colin Montgomerie, Paul Casey, Adam Scott, Geoff Ogilvy, Michael Campbell, Henrick Stanson and Jose Maria Olazabal. And himself, of course.
It’ll be worth watching, I think.
