GEAR FOR GOLF Strike Zone training Bag
I think that an impact bag is one of the most useful training aids that you can have. By striking the bag with your swing, you develop a sense of the proper feel at impact. I got mine out of the shed recently and have been working on increasing my lag and getting rid of the flying left elbow that plagues me.
