Singh Confident Going Into PGA Championship
Reuters has a nice feature about Vijay’s growing confidence going into the PGA Championship. Singh, who just repeated as the Buick champion, also looks to repeat at the PGA:
“I have a very good chance of winning golf tournaments when I putt well, and I’m putting well at the moment,” he said. “I feel I’m playing better this year than I did last year.
“I just hope I can follow what I did last year. It’s going to be hard. One of the hardest things to do is go out there and win golf tournaments, and as many as I won towards the end of last year, it’s going to be almost impossible.
“But I’m going to give it a shot. I feel good, I feel healthy. I just need to go out there and do it, that’s the thing.”
