Sabona Magnetic Titanium Sport Bracelet

May 22, 2005

Titanium Sport

I was tempted to list the Sabona Titanium Sport magnetic bracelet as the ridiculous item of the week. But then I began to wonder if maybe they really do work. I know that modern medicine scoffs at such “natural” and “holistic” treatments, but maybe they don’t deserve all of their bad press.

I also know that a pro friend of mine swears by them.

So I thought I’d ask for some input. Magnetic bracelets: ridiculous or not? Have they done any good for you? Leave a comment or review by clicking on the link below.

  • I bought the one you have pictured here a year ago at Edwin Watts in Ft. Lauderdale… I’ve worn it for the better part of the year and it has not helped in any physical way. As a matter of fact I’ve recently come down with elbow tendinitis… why do i wear it? It looks pretty good.

I haven’t tried the other magnetic/copper bracelets (i think those are the ones people swear buy)… I just don’t the way they look.

  • Bought a magnetic bracelet from Ace Magnetics and wore it for a month before it fell apart. In that month I felt nothing!

  • I haven’t had any experience with the Sabona, but I’ve had years of experience with Q-Ray Ionized Bracelets, and I can tell you that they reduced my fatigue and muscle pain from tendonitis. Like yours, it also looks pretty good. Just my two cents.

  • My two cents, they work for me and I really do not know if it is just in my head or if there is some real science going on. Bottom line, really do not care as long as they work for me! We have been using magnetic and/or copper for many years and have a web page of many of the sites we have purchased from. We do not sell or endorse anyone, however you might find it interesting if you are looking for one.

  • Was given similar style sabona bracelet last christmas by my father who swears by his, we both have frequent wrist pain. I was sceptical but I can now say without a doubt that this product works for me. I have been wearing mine for a year and have not suffered any pain as a result, used to be 8-10 times a year of severe pain whenever my wrist would bend. Don’t know if it works for everyone but it does for me and my father. It’s a small investment that could change your life like it did mine. Hope this helps, good luck.

  • I have had wrist problems which I thought resulted from using my computer. Comes and goes. I play a lot of golf. Yesterday, with higher than normal humidity, both my wrists were sore and weak, and I could barely play. My friend lent me his Sabona bracelet. Immediately after I put it on, I felt a tingling sensation, and warmth into my wrist, like the blood was circulating better. Within less than 5 minutes, my pain was gone (on the wrist I wore it on)! I was dumbfounded and am today doing research about pricing because I will definitely buy one of these. It proved its value to me, ever the skeptic.

  • I have bursitis from a previous shoulder injury and have gone for acupuncture, chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, etc. and I bought an inexpensive magnetic bracelet - and have noticed a significant difference since I have worn it. Call me crazy, but it works. I wouldn’t say that I am “healed”, but it has reduced the pain in my arm significantly.

  • I have worn a bracelet for 2 years that has helped with pain - I swear by it!

Last month, I tried wearing a titanium necklace with 23 individual 3000 gauss magnets. After a few hours, I developed pain in both of my arms. I took it off and a day later, the pain subsided; put it back on the both arms were soon tingling and in pain again. My wife then put it on and within 4 - 6 hours, she developed pain in both arms.
    Any comments?
