My dad would love this. He tows a pickup behind his RV - but there are plenty of places he goes where he needs to do a lot of short distance travel (RV parks, music fests, etc) - where it is tough on him to walk, but he can’t drive a full size vehicle. If he sees this, he will probably start toting his golf cart around in his truck bed too.
