Rory v Tiger

So Rory pulls out of Tiger’s tournament in the final round and heads to Hawaii.
Does anyone else think this Rory v Tiger thing is a little weird?

Is there a Rory vs. Tiger thing? Would Tiger have to participate in that for their actually to be a rivalry?
What would have been sweet is if they tried to get a comment from Tiger on Rory, and he has said something smart like “Well I guess we all know that Rory is the one that is beatable”

I think I heard on the golf channel that Tiger had said something like “He’s one three tournaments in his career” - something like at that point Tiger had won three times this year. So, I don’t think Tiger’s ignored Rory through all of this. Personally, I think it’s a media thing and the media is just feeding Rory’s ego and rooting him on to get him to do things like this. Rory seems like the type to keep needling as long as he has an audience.
