Q Ray Bracelet Owner Ordered To Repay Customers

The Q-Ray Natural Bracelet has for some time been marketed to golfers as a natural pain relief device. It’s sold in many pro shops, and is offered by many online golf retailers—including a couple of the big boys.
But now a judge has ordered owner Que Te Park, to refund more than 100,000 buyers of the bracelets—priced up to $249.95—and forfeit profits of $22.6 million earned between 2000 and 2003.
U.S. District Judge Morton Denlow found that there was no evidence that bracelets worked as advertised and that any supposed results could be explained by the placebo effect.

Good for Judge Denlow. Maybe he’ll go after Q-Link next…

I was thinking that I need to go after Callaway because my hybrid does not forgive me when I top the ball and I believe I was sold on the forgiveness of the hybrid design.
For that matter, my BB454 is not helping me win any long drive challenges either.

Finally! There were golfers wearing these things on every one of our 100+ courses down here (it seemed like…). Next I hope they tackle the magnets “pulls the iron in your blood” yea, right! You’ve just got to come on down here to Myrtle Beach and play, play, play. By the way, does anyone have any favorite courses or hotels in Myrtle Beach? I’d love to hear from you (but that’s another blog).

You mean the Q-Link doesn’t work? I had great hopes that if I got one of those, my really horrible job wouldn’t seem so bad. Darn it
