Nike Karma Golf Balls

If your Mojo isn’t working, Nike has some Karma for you.
The new Karma is a two piece ball with a 50 compression. The superlow compression is combined with a soft cover to form what has to bee the softest ball ever.
They’ve got them at Golf Galaxy.

Two years ago, I bought 2 dozen Nike Mojos. I tried the first dozen and didn’t like them; the second dozen sat in my golf ball inventory in the garage since. My golf ball inventory consists of at least two dozen of whatever I am currently interested in and then various sleeves and boxes of balls I bought on sale, or to try and hated, or whatever.
So I am going to the Robert Trent Jones north Alabama courses last week, and someone is around a 10 handicap (I am 23.3) - that I needed a dozen per round. I went out and got 4 dozen Nike Superfly ($10.99), and a box of Top Flite D2-Feel (green). And then I took the Nike Mojos from the garage.
First day, I played with the four balls in my bag (2 HX-Hots, 2 ProV1s). Lasted almost all day, 32 holes. I finished out the day with a Mojo. The next day, I played the whole day with about 3 Mojos and a couple found ProV1s. The following day, I finished up, almost to the last of that 36 holes with the remaining Mojos (11 Mojos in a dozen, with 1 Karma colored ball, which mine was silver, and with my red stripe looks very Buckeye, so I putted with it).
My verdict? I was hitting 50 yards longer drives, part of this was being loose and in some zone, part was due to the new driver, some due to the “new driver” swing, and part had to be due to the Mojo. I made some of my best shots ever with the Mojos, one 155 yard from fairway bunker to the center of an elevated green.
Now I want some new Mojos and I don’t think Nike makes them anymore. I also have a few dozen Nike Superflys that will take me a year to get through on my club courses.

I’ve always liked the way the Nike balls play, but question their durability. The covers just seem to get scruffed up too quickly.

Durability is why I am playing HX-Hot and lately will buy a sleeve of ProV1s now and then. It seems the Titleist, in addition to being $4 each and so I look for them a good long time in the roughs lasts a really long time. If I can keep from losing one, I have played probably about 50 holes with one ProV1- Even the HX Hot will start to look a little beaten down after a round.
I have also found that HX Blacks seem to be even more durable than the ProV1s, but I just don’t like the way they play, I don’t seem to spin them like I do with ProV1s.
