I missed the camera shot of the two golfers at the conclusion of the Masters Golf Championship shaking hands as is normal golf etiquette. Lee Westwood appeared to wait in the background for the pleasure of shaking hands with the American winner. Why was the handshake not filmed?

The camera was on Amy Mickelson for much of that time. But I did see him hug Westwood’s caddy for a long time, so I assume that there was a similar warm greeting for Lee himself.
