In Fort Worth For The Colonial
I’ve arrived in Forth Worth for the Colonial Pro Am. The nice folk at Crowne Plaza have put me up in the Fort Worth Hilton. It’s a wonderful property—and historic. Once known as the Hotel Texas, it’s where President Kennedy stayed the night before that unfortunate incident in Dallas. He and the First Lady stayed here and President gave an impromptu speech in front of the Hotel before leaving.
In this photo, the brick building on the right is the Hilton. Apologies for the lack of precision in the photo. I had to process it on my netbook, using freebie software. The real photoshop stuff is on the big computer at home. I’ll touch all my photos up later.
Now it’s off to the “draft” party.
