Hit By Club Lawsuit Dismissed

March 3, 2011

A golfer who was hit in the face by a practice swing on the first tee at Rackham Golf Course first had his lawsuit dismissed by an Oakland County (Michigan) judge and then rejected by an appeals court. Such things, apparently, are part of the inherent dangers of the game.

Good to see that common sense has prevailed here. The guy who was hit more likely is at fault for walking into that club.
