Guinness Beer Brats

Summer’s all about golf and grilling, so I thought I’d mention the Guinness Beer Brats I found at a local store. They’re on the mild side for a brat, but with a very interesting malt flavor (as you might expect from the beer company). In spite of my general dislike of beer as a beverage, I found that I liked these brats.
The one potential negative is that I found the casing to be somewhat tough.

there are some good food made with beer like beer can chicken. beer brats though seems to be very popular for grilling. one of the best bratwurst recipes.
