GolfWorld Predicts Vijay Will Win Green Jacket
GolfWorld is predicting that Vijay Singh will win the Masters this year.
The prediction is based on their Masters Performance Index, which rates a player’s stats in greens in regulation, par breakers, driving distance for all drives, par-5 scoring average and 3-putt avoidance.
I don’t buy it. And I’m not grabbing the Tiger’s tail either. Vijay’s swing hasn’t looked good in recent months; I think that he’s done as a regular Major contender. And Tiger may have too many distractions. (Of course, we’ve said that before only to watch him lap the field).
