C9 Ti Face Insert

GigaGolf expands its Cloud Nine line with the C9 irons. Designed as super game improvement clubs, these irons feature a 6-4 Titanium face insert. GigaGolf says that this technology has several design advantages for cavity backed irons. The first is that it allows most of the clubhead mass to be concentrated around the perimeter of the iron head creating a larger sweet spot for more forgiveness. The second is that Ti faces can be made thinner than stainless which maximizes COR or ball velocity. You’ll see this same technology in clubs by TaylofMade and Ben Hogan at three times the price.

A 20 gram tungsten insert was added to the toe to balance the iron head and lower the center of gravity. This creates higher, straighter golf shots.

If you’re a 18+ handicapper, you should drop those forged blades and try a set of game improvement irons. You’ll reduce your frustration, your blood pressure, and live longer. GigaGolf makes trying these clubs easy with a 30 day playability guarantee.
