FootJoy Pathfinder Walking Shoes
As we all know, FootJoy makes some very comfortable golf shoes. As it turns out, they also make men’s walking shoes
Why not? I can walk for miles in complete comfort in my golf shoes. All they had to do to make walkers was to take off the spikes.
I may get a pair of these. Now that I’m back at work, and the days are getting shorter, I go back to walking a mile or so at twilight for exercise in lieu of playing golf.

I returned to walking last week, and in doing so, I shed the golf shoes in favor of a cross training Nike—oooh it was goood! Eight miles later and I didn’t have a hint of soreness, and that included some running to keep up with the cart riders (the back 9 of the course we were playing has some distances from green to tee which are longer than the tee to green, essentially doubling or tripling the walking distance on at least six of the holes).
I am guessing with your turfs in Michigan, you probably don’t play without spikes much, but here in Memphis, where the divots reach a maximum depth of 3/8”, I rarely find myself slipping in regular shoes.
