Callaway X Series Sunglasses

September 27, 2006

You can’t be too careful with sun. Not only do you need sunblock for protection for your skin, you also need protection for your eyes. So you need sunglasses as well. But while the glasses you get in your typical discount store may offer adequate protection while you’re doing yard work, you need something more substantial for golfing. You need something with a high quality distortion free lens, or you’re going to be taking more three and four putts than you like.

Callaway’s new X series glasses offers Neox lens technology, which offers glare reduction without polarization.  Callalway says that this system offers 100% UV protection without reducing the transmission of light spectrums which are necessary to see clearly and without fatigue. Callaway also claims that the system protects against macular degeneration and induced myopia.

All this, and they’re sharp looking, too.
