Callaway Offer Would Take Company Private

Callaway Golf apparently is considering an offer from two investment moguls that would take the company private.
The decline of Callaway in recent years has been sad. Perhaps going private will allow it to refocus without having to worry about the short term greed of institutional shareholders.
