Callaway Laser Rangefinder LR800
Callaway continues its march toward being all things to all golfers by introducing the Callaway Laser Rangefinder. Made by Nikon, the unit provides accurate distance measurement up to 730 meters (800 yards). It features what Callaway calls “First Target Technology” which displays the range to the nearest target among multiple results obtained with a single measurement - useful when measuring the distance to a pin on a green with woods in the background.
So Callaway now has clubs, balls, apparel, shoes, watches, sunglasses, reading glasses, bags, hats, gloves, range finders, and cell phone applications.
I want to be Callaway’s first Golf Blogging Staff member. It’s nice to have all those tour guys using Callaway stuff, but what they really need is The Golf Blogger using it. Now THAT would be a good endorsement.
