Bridgestone J33 Fairway Wood
I’ve really enjoyed playing the Bridgestone B330 and Bridgestone E6 golf balls this summer. In fact, the E6 is fast replacing the Callaway HX Hot as my go-to ball.
I like the balls, so I’ve become curious about the rest of Bridgestone’s line. Bridgestone, it seems is fast becoming the best full-golf products line that you haven’t heard much about.
Bridgestone’s J33 Fairway woods are constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and feature an elastomer compound insert that Bridgestone says produces a high initial ball velocity. It does this by reducing vibration throughout the crown, sole and face of the club. According to Bridgestone fewer vibrations result in more effeicient energy transfer. The clubs also feature a tungsten weight that moves the center of gravity lower and deeper in the clubface.
