My wife, who owns two pair of these jeans in each color, has already written a review, so she asked me to post this.
The black Giselle jeans shrink. Not a lot, but they do get narrower (not shorter). They also do not lose their wrinkles and need to be ironed. Both black pair of my wife's jeans are like this, and one pair came from a department store and another from Amazon, so we don't think this is a coincidence.
Just to let you know.
comfort March 25, 2008 These jeans are comfortable and fit perfectly. I would recommend them to any women that is looking for a new pair of jeans.
The Best March 8, 2008 I was so glad to find these jeans here. I have looked every where but they are hard to find. They are the first jean to fit me in every way. I now have 4 pair. Don't ever go out of them, because I plan to order more. Thank you
You can't go wrong with this purchase March 2, 2008 I absolutely love these pants. They are especially for women who are pear shaped but I've notice that any shape women can wear them. I bought my first pair from Kohl's 2 years ago. I paid way more than the price here even with the S/H. I looked everywhere to find more but didn't untill I google and found them on Amazon. Even after you wash these pants you will still love them.
The best jeans I've EVER had!!!!! March 1, 2008 My body type is lanky, with not much curve going on in the waist or bum! Shopping for jeans is a nightmare for me. However, I found these jeans and it's like they were custom made for my body type. Loads of compliments every time I wear them. I own almost every color, and found that the off-black ones fit the best...more fitted in the leg, a bit longer in length, and much more flattering to my backside shape (why, I do not know!). This has been true for this color from day one, which was about 5 years ago. Just bought a new batch of off-black, and it still fits better than black, blue, or light blue...GO FIGURE! :-) Definitely want to buy as many pairs as you can at one time.
