Not for Endurance Athletes! July 10, 2008
When i first tried this product it didn't do to much for me but then i started noticing it was really making my blood flow through and giving me a good pump. It does upset my stomach a bit also. When i decided to take it before wrestling practice it felt like i wasn't going to be able to make it through the intense training. I barely made it through but it definitely took out some of my endurance strength.I think it was because the initial energy it gives you begins to die down to the point were you just get really exhausted if you continue intense training. I'd say this is a great product if you just want to lift weights and not worry about your endurance as much.

It does what it says, gives muscle pumps and adds umph to your workout. But, it does at a price: you feel like your wired for hours; it needs to pointed out that there is a lot of caffiene in this product.

This is pretty much just a crapload of caffeine in powder form. It gives you energy, but I would take 1/2 of what they recommend unless you want your heart to explode at the gym.
I give it for stars for great taste and not lying too much about their product.

The product itself is the best I know for it's purpouse, I can't complain about that. If you really want to boost up your working out results, you gotta have it.
It turns out that I've unfortunately ordered to be delivered to another country, and it took over 30 days (without any clear response of all parts) to realize I should have better return the item. Bad for me...
My opinion is due to other times I've used the product, bought in local stores...

Pros: Tastes great. Doesn't upset stomach.
Cons: Only really gives you the kick about 30% of the time. Expensive. I feel light headed for about an hour after taking it. Will not buy again.
