Received the Ab Rocker at a very reasonable price and it arrived within a couple of days. First level of resistance wasn't useful but I've start using the second level and I do feel the resistance. It's definitely not for someone who is already in shape but it's a great tool for those of us working our way back into exercising.

Please! Please! and again Please! do yourself a favour and do not even think of buying this product its very uncomfortable. My neck was hurting after attempting to use it, and on the excercise dvd they make it look so simple talking about focus and concentrate to keep your head on the bar and on your abs. Piece of Garbage please spend your hard earn money on something else...

UGH, suckered again. Difficult to put together--had to arrange for a neighbor to take time to do this for me and I am not a weakling. Flimsy equipment, but most important it hurt my back.

Don't waste your money. This is the worst product I've purchased. No resistance, better just to do natural sit-ups.
