1 out of 5 stars Horrible bottle cap!   April 27, 2008

I only gave this water bottle one star because if you can't drink easily from it-why have it? This screw off style cap is cumbersome and takes a total of SEVEN turns to get the cap off. Who has the time or patience when looking for a quick drink? I looked online to purchase another style cap but also found problem reviews for the other style caps. Save the $25 and look elsewhere.

5 out of 5 stars Good Water bottle   April 21, 2008

I didnt buy it for its trendy looks, altho it is nice looking. But I bought it for its ability to be recycled.
Some say the paint chips if you drop it, thats true altho no big deal to me. I'd rather have less paint from the getgo, on it as thats makes it even more eco-friendly.
The bottle will "sweat" with ice cold water in it so could get things wet in your purse/ backpack etc.

But the bottle itself does NOT leak.

Also if you ride a bicycle with it, you have to stop & unscrew the cover to get a drink, not like the squeeze bottles in which you could continue to ride & drink.

5 out of 5 stars Lovely bottle!   April 19, 2008

I purchased the purple bottle with designs on it and it's such a beautiful color. I took it to work and everybody asks what is it? I loved it soo much that I purchased another one, red with designes. It is a pleasure to drink my water from (Crystal Light). I just rinse after a few times of use with diluted clorox and no problem with any odd taste.

5 out of 5 stars Bye, Bye Nalgene...   March 29, 2008

I purchased the dark blue 0.6 liter bottle after reading of the possible health risks related to the brand "N" bottles we were using. Yikes! Is NOTHING safe anymore? I was a little concerned that the slimmer Sigg bottle wouldn't ride well in the mesh pocket of my fanny pack. Not to worry, it stayed in place even after I tripped and fell headlong during a hike today. My pack, glasses, and GPS flew in different directions, but the bottle stayed put. Water tastes great, and the smooth lip of the bottle is a joy to drink out of after the sharp plastic edges of the other. Nice bottle!

5 out of 5 stars the way water should be   March 28, 2008
i absolutely adore this water bottle. not only does water stay at a good temperature and taste great out of it, but the bottle's lip fits your mouth perfectly. and it looks great. best of all, i know i'm not drinking plastic.
