Getting a Grip June 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm a competition air pistol shooter and this product is perfect. I need strong fingers for trigger control, controlling the pistol and holding it steady. Strong wrist and forearm muscles also are critical. The 5 pound gripmaster is perfect. Not too heavy to work with all the time. I carry it around and work with it every day. I love it and recommend it highly.
Just the right size it turns out May 31, 2008 I don't think I'm much weaker or stronger than the average woman, whatever that is. I'm able to push down the first one (index) easily, middle finger fairly ok, third finger only by shifting my hand and kinda involving other fingers and not all the way, and the pinkie finger not much at all. That's my right hand and I'm right handed. So it's a good level for me to start my hand strength building with. I'm starting to lift weights and already see that my hand strength is an issue, and I'm getting back to guitar after over 20 years away from it which is just pitiful frankly, so I thought something to mindlessly work with while reading or something might be useful. This little thing is pretty cool and I think it'll work well. When I can do my little finger easily on this I'll upgrade to the next difficulty level.

Gripmaster restored the function of my right index finger . I had broken the flexure extensor ligament of my index finger and after several weeks of use the flexion strength is back and the finger is returning to normal . Good product . Kevin Bergen
Comfortable and fun May 19, 2008 It's a great product, I love the grip and it does it's job well. Is very compact can take it anywhere. I love using it at work.
Very nice product! April 27, 2008 We've purchased other hand exercise products in the past, but this one exercises each finger independantly. My wife uses it to strengthen her fingers, and the size and strength of the exerciser is just right for her.
