I just received two of these jackets. I ordered them for my mom and sister. They were supposed to be black-small and gray-medium. Instead, I received 2 gray medium ones. There is no tags on them, no labels or what so ever. I absolutely agree with the last review, "you get what you pay for".. The price was too low to be something good. Now to be on the safe side, I will dispute the transaction with my good AMEX and lets see if I pay a penny for the return.

I am very dissapointed with the jacket. The sleeves are long enough to fit an Orangutan's arms. The color is much, much darker than represented. I chose the espresso because it would have went well with colors I wear most often.
I specifically picked this particular jacket because it's described as 100% polyester; the other winter jackets had down fill. Feathers came out of this jacket!
The label inside the jacket makes mention of fox fur, very inhumane! It hurts my heart and soul to even look at the jacket knowing a fox was brutally trapped and suffered until death.
I asked for a return shipping number and received one promptly. Shipping will be $7.50. I will actually lose money on this 'deal' so I will keep the jacket and pass it along to charity.
Bottom line...you can't believe their product descriptions so I don't feel comfortable exchanging the jacket for another misrepresented item. The prices are great but you know the old saying 'If it sounds too good to be true...'
There is something positive I can say...it arrived way before the estimated date of arrival.
Suggestion...A picture of the label of materials attached to the item should be shown with the item so we can make educated choices.

Great clothing from Classic-close-outs but they are from China and well this is the only item out of 16 coats that was flawed. All the ware from this company are stylish and nice fitting. I noticed that the bubble jackets allow for larger chest sizes but when buying other coats your better going to medium. I see now there is only 6 items from the company left many of the items are now gone and wish I could write a review for they are money saving values that are hard to pass up. As for the long arms my daughter loves the color and since she is young yet she may grow into it latter or we will pass it along to Goodwill for the cost was a 10th of a branded coat.
