this pan is great for baking. i bought it fot my sister's upside-down pineapple cakes and let me tell you, it made them better. at first i thought it was a little pricey, but it is well worth it. it is a well made quality pan.

Other than making brownies individually, like cupcakes, this is the best way to get that extra crusty edge on your brownies. I got this as a gift for my wife who also collects cake pans. This works as advertised and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this for my mother in law as she like the edge brownies best and so did I. So LOVED it, and had to tell everyone about it! The brownies fall right out of the pan without any sticking! If you are an edge lover you must buy on of these. They also make a great/fun gift !

This is the best brownie pan I have ever purchased. Made of high quality non-stick material. The brownies cooked evenly and were so easy to cut (spatula included) and remove. The pan also cleaned up easily with a sponge and soapy water - no burnt batter to scrape off. If you are questioning the idea of spending $35 for a brownie pan - buy it because it will be the last brownie pan you will ever need.
