im going to a remote job in Alaska so i needed a first aid kit.. after shopping around at the local shops ( and they want to charge two times as much for the same thing) i started looking on line.. this kit dont have a few things i want but for the price i cant be that picky.. if you go camping get this one! i will add to this is a better set of scissors, some type of suture kit. but i have no problem with it. it covers the basics and that is all the average person needs. it is a GOOD size kit!! it is *about* 3 pounds with lots off stuff! (to much to list) well thats my thoughts on it.. BTW the bag size is (about) 12 inch by 9 inch by 4 inch.
