For those of you on WW - this 1.76 oz. bar is only 3 points (6g fiber, 180 cal., 5g fat). I find enjoying a bar at 7 a.m. with a serving of 2% milk, then a piece of fresh fruit at 10 a.m., carries me to my Noon lunch. Enjoy!

These bars are awesome! I am a teacher and I keep them in my desk so I don't get tempted to eat some of the goodies that appear in the kitchen everyday! And it's been harder to find the chocolate peanut at many of my local stores and when I do find them, they are 3 bars for $4.00. This price has them about $1.30 per bar!

This bar is the best I've tried so far-- the texture is crunchy-chewy and the taste is very good. I usually eat one for breakfast on the drive to work & I keep extras in my office for a pick-me-up snack.

Outstanding taste for a healthy snack bar. I buy a number of Kashi products, they have never disappointed me. This has got to be one of their best, it is hard to believe it is good for you!
