I ordered this to replace my yoga mats due to Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. I was unable to exercise due to extreme pain from the least amount of pressure and this mat was a life saver! I am now able to exercise once again, from yoga to Tai Chi to any form of exercise requiring a mat. I researched this particular mat and this was by far the best value.

This mat is great for working out... it's extra thick, yet soft - makes doing all kinds of lying down floor exercises much more comfortable.

It is a bit more to carry, but is well worth it for the back support and easy fold-out which it provides! The days of sliding mats and scraped
knees are over with this product! Aerobics just got ten times better!

Nice and firm. Be careful or you will fall asleep on it when stretching :-). Much better than some of the more expensive kind. Durable, thick padding and worth every penny (and more).
