Great product; great buying experience; saved a lot of money purchasing it refurbished from an Amazon store - was perfect and like new - just repackaged in a different box for shippment. Shipper was great and carried it to my den and unpacked it offering to dispose of the box which I kept in case I needed it, but of course, did not as the TV looks and works great and if obviously a new one. Consider a Samsung Blue Ray player (1400 model) refurbed as I did, and your pet will run screaming out of your den and into a back bedroom to hide when you play Ice Age and the Masterdon shows up.

I searched since Nov. for this TV. I checked it out on Consumers Report, I read reviews by others and decided to purchase when I saw Amazon had it for probably one of the best prices PLUS free shipping. It arrived sooner than expected and the guys that delivered were great. Carried it to our garage and my husband and I took it inside.
I set it up and was amazed with the picture. Only problem I had was trying to get the base off to mount on my stand. Had to call support at Samsung but they didn't help. We had to get a magnet to get the screws out. We got them loosen up but couldn't get them out until I got the magnet to pull them up out of the hole. Just a minor thing. Some people wouldn't take the base off anyway.
We love the tv. Sound & picture are the best I've seen. We also have now hooked up Directv to it and it was pretty easy.
Love it. Would purchse from Amazon again. I have purchased a lot of things from them & trust them . Plus I would purchase another Samsung if this one last and continues to be as nice as it is now.

This is the first time that I purchased a significant item over the internet and certainly the first time I purchased from Amazon. My concerns were the quality of the merchandise, the time for delivery, and the condition of the merchandise when delivered. I reviewed numerous reviews before taking the bold step of ordering from Amazon. I am extremely pleased that I did. The Samsung 4671 LCD is beautiful and absolutely awesome. The picture is remarkable and so life like. The input and output connections are plentiful and state of the art. The delievery of the set by EGL was sooner than I was anticipating. In addition, EGL provided a 4 hour delivery window and made it right on time. They carefully unpacked it, set it up and tested it. EGL's personnel were very professional and personable. The only thing that was missing were the white glove. I normally don't take the time to right reviews, but, because I relied on other persons' reviews to help with my decision, I wanted to return the favor by giving a review to help future purchasers.
I will definitely buy through Amazon again.

After months of searching for a "big screen" television I decided to go with the the Samsung 4671. This LCD had all the options I was looking for and plenty of extras. I ordered the t.v. on a Sunday afternoon and had the telvevision at my house on Thursday afternoon. The two delivery guys unloaded the tv from a large box truck and carried it into the room I wanted it to go in. I inspected the box which was flawless without dents etc. and had them open it up. I looked over the entire tv and had them set it on the stand. I plugged it in, hooked up the cable, and in less than ten minutes I was watching tv. The picture was simply awesome even on regular non HD cable.
I was very hesitant to spend over $2000.00 online instead of going to a store. After reading the reviews about other peoples experiences I felt better about everything. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was the best I have ever experienced. I was able to track the entire process with online tracking through Amazon as well as the shippers website which was "CEVA Logistics". The delivery guys offered to take the box with them but I opted to keep it in case there were any issues down the road. The shippers said that if there were problems within the next couple days I could contact Amazon and they would come back to the house and pick up the tv for an exchange.
The price of the television was $600.00 less than my local Best Buy store plus an additional couple hundred for tax. Overall I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and would buy from Amazon again.

For those individuals hesitant to purchase a television from Amazon, please be assured that I have had a great experiences with this online vendor. I saved BIG by waiting for the delivery. They notified me 2-3 weeks delivery and surprised me by delivering in one week. The delivery service man was very professional.

Excellent picture quality and very strong colors,
Wide assortment of connections (3 1.3HDMI, 2 component, 1 composite, monitor, USB)
Easy to follow setup instructions.
Beautiful styling
Touch panel controls on side for controlling inputs,options,sound,etc
Touch panel on/off below TV where the blue light is.
Remote control is decent
Swivel base allowing easier access to the back of the TV.
A great number of settings and preferences that can be customized.
The glossy black cabinet collects dust easily and must be wiped with a special cloth that Samsung provides with the TV to avoid scratches.
Compared this set to several other brands of the same size and as close to the same specs Samsung was tops in all my comparisons
