I did not lose any weight due to this product, but I can feel my arms are getting stronger. I can't follow the workout regime completely since I also do some lifting occasionally at work. I don't want to break my arms doing push-ups. Anyways, now I hope there is a sit-up machine similar to this that helps me do sit-ups without touching the ground.

I bought this product because I've been fighting a shoulder injury for over a year (rotator cuff tear). I'm very happy with the quality, and the twisting "Perfect Pushup" motion has been very easy on my shoulder; in less than a week I'm feeling a lot less looseness in the joint!

Aware of constant gimmicks and flat out failure rates from everyone and their dog trying to cash in on the health craze, we were skeptical of this. We took a chance and got a set of them and we are not dissapointed. The work very well and are sturdy, and because you are not destroying the wrists and even knuckles, they are also more effective. They work great because you can dip down a little more and really get a better workout from your arms and chest. I would recommend some mats of some kind if you are using them on carpet, just to save the wear and tear on your floor over time.

I have bought a second set for our vacation house and referred friends to the product. The perfect pushup really gives you proper form and is an enhancement to the world's single best exercise. I started out doing 40 per day. After 10 days I focused on doing one additional pushup per day -- always with "perfect pushup" form -- now up to 123. It has really made a differnce, according to my wife. I hope Body Rev comes out with a version for pull ups / chin ups that fits into a standard doorway. The Perfect Pushup is a five star product! Buy it, use it, and you will look like the stud in the advertisement.
Great Product and Routine March 3, 2007
I was skeptical at first, but this is actually a really great product. They are well-made and even survived a pretty beat up shipping box. Also, the routine that comes with the poster is pretty good and quick, especially for those getting back into a workout routine. You might be skeptical too, but I think you will really like this product.
