just started & seems to work.....but get a mat to roll!!!! September 14, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you purchase this wheel, you should get a yoga mat to roll the wheel, otherwise you can can seriously hurt yourself if you try to roll it like the bodybuilder on the box. You really feel it working on your abs and shoulders with the mat. I bought it because it was very inexpensive, portable and easy to store. This is an excellent piece of equipment that can be used alone and/or if you work out in a gym.

This product is great. I love it. It's easy to put together initially and it really targets the areas that I wanted to work out. A+ from me.
A very good value. It will get a lot of use, for many years. July 31, 2006 24 out of 25 found this review helpful
This double-wheel has a wider rolling surface, which makes it a lot less prone to tip than single-wheel models. The bar is hollow, but very strong, and the wheel hubs and spokes are made of a strong plastic, ... so the product is very light. (Suggestion: If you wanted an even more stable design, you could slide one wheel off and put something like a 3/4-inch inner-diameter spacer washer or two between the two wheels.) Overall, a fine product, at a very good price.
The best invention since the wheel is the axel March 18, 2006 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
This will really work you abdominal muscles and to some extent your shoulders. I put my toes up on a 12" children's play ball while using it. For some reason these have disappeared from the stores, but you can get yours here. It is kind of cheap plastic construction with no suspension, so I'm not sure what the maximun weight load is.

Is definitely a good equipment. I correct two things: Stability maybe adding something to separated the wheel; a more wide tube.
