The Sony DVP-Fx820 October 29, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have had this product for about a month or so. Because my eyes aren't so good, I had to get something that I could watch and enjoy and see. the picture on it is very clear, the sound is very good and so far i am enjoying this product. The size of the screen is perfect and the really great part of this is that I can carry it in my backpack. I would recommend this product. And also, the price was good. Thank you
If you are buying this for airplane trips ... October 25, 2008 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
Hi,
We just bought and used this for a cross country trip via plane. Here's the challenge. If you are sitting near the engines, then no headphone will be able to overcome the noise of the jet engine. We brought two different Sony headphones, the Sony MDR-CD60, and the Sony MDR-V150. The CD-60 was unusable anywhere on the plane because it simply didn't have enough volume. The CD-60 had the volume but we really had to crank it up. Enough so that we worried about hurting our daughter's ears. This problem might be solved with some Sennheiser or Bose or some other $500 noise-canceling ear-enveloping headphone. But hey, most people are buying this for their kids right? None of those headphones will fit a small kid. Particularly those who cannot be entertained by reading they cannot yet do. My recommendation is this: Get seats far in front of the jet engines. Get the best headphones you can afford. Turn down the resolution as far as you can to save battery life for getting stuck somewhere because of weather problems.
Awesome DVD Player !!!!!! October 24, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We purchased this portable dvd player for our 4 month old son, and it is the best thing in the world to keep him quiet on long car rides. The picture and quality are great, and it is very easy to use. I would recommend this product to everyone!
GREAT DVD PLAYER October 24, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love this dvd player. The clarity of the picture is wonderful, the swivel feature is terrific. I can find no fault with this player. The only feature I wish it had was a zoom -which my old Sanyo had. Other than that (and its no biggie) this is a super player and well worth the money. I've had it almost 6 months and its still doing a great job! You can't beat a Sony!
Pink Color has metallic sheen October 23, 2008 I think everyone knows this is a great product. All I have to add is that this pink color is really cool. It is not a super bright cheesy pink. It is a nice color. Kind of the simulate silver color but in pink. It is better looking than the standard black.
