A Good Product That Will Improve Your Push-Up Form. September 21, 2008 I had been meaning to do a review of the Perfect Pushup for awhile. I have had mine for quite some time now and have been using them regularly. I'm thoroughly satisfied with them and the Perfect Pushup is an excellent product, mainly due to its highly efficient design and ease of use. The Perfect Pushup is great because it makes pushup execrises much, much easier as well as more effective. The handlebar design ---- I have found ---- greatly reduces the strain on your wrists and elbows, which allows you to get the full, deep push-up form ordinary push-ups don't allow. Works outstandingly on hardwood floors. The handlebars are tough, too, and made to last. The Navy Seal two-minute drill-inspired exercise routine is displayed on an easy to follow chart. Former U.S. Navy Seal and inventor of the Perfect Pushup Alden Mills is obviously a professional who takes pride in his product and his enthusiasm on the instructional dvd is catchy! The Perfect Pushup bars may take some getting used to at first for each individual user, but overall this is a great product and I would recommend it strongly for anyone wanting to improve their push-up technique and form and produce better results.
The Perfect Pushup September 15, 2008 I heard good things about the perfect pushup and wanted to buy them to see how good they really are. I have been working out for a long time. I also do regular pushups which are the best pushups. The perfect pushup works against your rotator cuff which isn't good because I found out the hard way. I have a strained rotator cuff now and have to take it easy because of it. I have since heard from other people about getting the same type of injury. I wouldn't recomend this product and tell people to stick to the old fashion way of doing pushups which have been around for a long time.
Solid product - handles a little too big September 8, 2008 I started on a push ups program and after two weeks I purchased a set of these handles hoping to get better results.
Pros ---- 1. The handles are well made. Should last for years. 2. The handles make push ups harder, in a good way. Definitely feel it more after a session with these handles.
Cons ---- 1. Grips are too large for my hands. I'm 5'11" with average size hands and after two weeks with these handles I started feeling a slight pain in the palm of my hands. These handles would be perfect with smaller grips.
Eh, a little more hype than help September 6, 2008 Try them before you buy them. They don't move as smoothly as you might want and you have to try pretty hard to turn it.
Great quality August 31, 2008 This is a great product, but to be honest with the readers and the future costumers or buyers at first i though i was going to regret the purchase for the reason that the "perfect push up" were made out of plastic. This is not a very trustable material when it comes to this kind of exercise products but they really are of great quality. You know many websites and stores have the 30 day trial or money back garanteed, keep that in mind because it is a great product. P.S. i'm not a sales person!!!
