Perfect Portability for GPS Units August 29, 2008
This item offers the perfect portability for your GPS unit. Makes it extremely easy to use your unit in multiple vehicles without having to adhere suction cups to you windshield and never leaves marks on your windshield. The mount remains stationary on my dash & has never moved around, even on sharp turns. Another nice feature is that your power cord can plug into the back of the mount, instead of directly into the GPS unit, making it very easy to remove the GPS unit from the mount without having to play with wires. Great Product!

Holds steady as advertised and avoids the hassle of windshield suction cups altogether. Very pleased with the mount.
Garmin portable dash mount August 29, 2008
Excellent product. Works great and hasn't slipped off of my dashboard yet. It has a large footprint but still much nicer then the suction cup mount that came with my nuvi and broke after two months.

I would certainly recommend this GPS mount for Garmin. I've been using it for over a month now and it's never moved, shifted, etc. during hard breaking or turning. It looks and sounds deceiving in concept but does the job quite well. I couldn't give it a full 5 stars as the circumference of the pad is a bit large. It does fine in my car but I'd caution anybody that has a narrow or strangley shaped dash.
